Hi, I’m Jeff Rosskopf — a dedicated entrepreneur with a passion for delivering high-quality care and creating meaningful experiences. I own and operate a private duty home care business with my partner Lilian Skolik, serving Morris, Essex, Bergen, and Passaic counties in New Jersey. Our mission is to bring comfort, dignity, and personalized support to seniors and individuals who need assistance in their daily lives.

Lilian and I have worked together for many years, prior to being partners. Lilian had started the company, and brought me on as partner. We have been running the company since June 2018. What started off as work associates, has now turned into family. Most importantly, I’m a husband to my amazing wife, Ashley Rosskopf, and father to my two beautiful daughters, Aria and Skylar. Everything I do is driven by family and purpose.

Advanced Care Services was created as a result of our family’s personal struggle to find care for our Grandmother. We know what it feels like not to be able to care for a family member all of the time. We also discovered peace of mind knowing that our loved one was receiving the care she needed, without having to make a long-term commitment.

One of Advanced Care Services primary values is that every person deserves to stay in the comfort of their own home. Home is sacred — it is the backdrop for many of our most cherished memories.

When old age and the need for daily assistance threaten the ability to stay at home, our team of Personal Assistants, homemakers, and companions are there to ensure that you or your loved one can live in their beloved home for as long as possible.
